Depending on different properties and applications, handboard mold silicone can be categorized as follows:

Room Temperature Vulcanization (RTV) Silicone: Cures at room temperature without heating, easy to operate, suitable for small-batch handboard mold production. Based on hardness after curing, it can be further divided into soft, medium-hard, and hard RTV silicone.
High-Temperature Vulcanization (HTV) Silicone: Requires vulcanization and curing at high temperatures, offering better mechanical properties and temperature resistance, suitable for applications with higher demands on mold performance, such as molds intended for multiple uses.

Preparation: Clean the surface of the handboard model to ensure it is free of dust, oil, and other impurities; select an appropriate mold frame based on the size and shape of the mold.
Silicone Mixing: Mix the silicone base and curing agent uniformly in a specific ratio, taking care to avoid generating bubbles during stirring.
Silicone Infusion: Slowly pour the mixed silicone into the mold frame, covering the handboard model. Gently shake the mold frame to eliminate bubbles.
Curing and Molding: Allow the silicone to cure for a certain period based on the type of silicone and ambient temperature. RTV silicone typically cures within a few hours to a day, while HTV silicone requires heating at a specific temperature for curing.
Demolding and Finishing: After the silicone has cured, carefully remove the mold from the handboard model and perform necessary finishing, such as trimming excess edges.
